DESCRIPTION:Amy Van Daele was a concert attendee at Route 91 and is also a life and mindfulness coach. She received her certification through UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center. She has been practicing mindfulness and meditation for over 10 years and both have been integral in healing her trauma. Amy hosts a free online trauma-informed mindfulness meditation every other Tuesday for the Route 91 community. \nShe will offer “The Way of Being,” a five-week online course designed to help you grow and manifest your deepest desires, no matter the circumstances.
