DESCRIPTION:The Vegas Strong Resiliency Center is proud to partner with Healing Ink to offer a limited number of free tattoos to Southern Nevada responders and other professionals who support emergency response. The tattoos are meant to cover the scars (physical and emotional) of those affected by violence, helping them reclaim their bodies and continue to heal.
