The collection, published by University of Nevada Press and edited by Roberta Sabbath, was written five years after the tragedy and offers a unique story of healing, demonstrating the wide-ranging experiences and repercussions of the event.\nTennille Pereira, Chair of the 1 October Memorial Committee and Director of the Vegas Strong Resiliency Center, will be the main speaker of the event held in the auditorium of the Marjorie Barrick Museum of Art.\n
