DESCRIPTION:Responders with the Clark County Fire Department, Henderson Fire Department, and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department are invited to this no-cost retirement education class designed to help attendees rediscover their identity, passion, and purpose while fostering a sense of security. This course focuses on the eight dimensions of wellness and strengthening mental health. Addressing all aspects of wellness—leading up to and during retirement—can enhance quality of life and ensure a smooth, fulfilling transition through this major life change.\nThis class is geared toward members with less than five years left before retirement, but anyone with CCFD, HFD, and LVMPD is welcome to attend.
