Run for Responders: Ragnar Road SoCal

The First Responder Health Foundation will take on mountain hills and ocean drives as they tackle 200 miles of Ragnar Road in support of first responders. Every step from San Diego to Huntington Beach helps fund resources that make an impact—co‑pays for behavioral health treatment, trauma intensives, stellate ganglion block treatment for PTSD, resilience workshops, retreats, and more. Individuals can make a difference by joining on the roads or supporting behind the scenes.
