Recovery Over Time: Trauma Informed Discussion
The STEM Center for Strength is hosting a panel with survivors of mass gun violence. The discussion will be centered around what trauma recovery looks like at different points of time from a survivor’s point of view. The invitation to this event is extended beyond their local community (those affected by the incident of mass violence on May 7, 2019, at the STEM School Highlands Ranch), as mass violence events impact people everywhere.
Come and listen and ask questions to prominent figures that have embodied a journey of recovery and resilience after traumatic events. You can watch the panel online or in person at Rocky Heights Middle School (11033 Monarch Blvd, Lone Tree, CO 80124).
