With over 10 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Ashlea loves utilizing experiential techniques with individuals as they move through life transitions and trauma. Ashlea is experienced in working with clients suffering from anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. She is trained and certified in utilizing a multitude of therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
