Injury Prevention & Performance Recovery for First Responders
This hands-on session will be led by Dr. Beth Walters, a health and performance specialist with ProTeam Tactical Performance, who has over a decade of experience helping first responders stay strong, resilient, and injury-free. The workshop will cover:
- Practical strategies to improve fitness and career longevity
- Prevention techniques for common musculoskeletal injuries
- Recovery tools that fit into daily routines and shift work
- Connections between physical health and tactical performance
