Meditative Art Therapy

Whether you are an experienced artist or someone who has never picked up a paintbrush, meditative art therapy is designed for anyone who wants to harness the healing power of art to transform their lives. In these sessions, you will explore methods to help you tap into your subconscious mind, process emotions, and create positive shifts in your life. This practice encourages emotional release, self-discovery, and the creation of new beliefs that support personal empowerment.

Online sessions of this integrative service are offered with the HEART Peer Support team twice a month. HEART (Healing, Empowering, And Rebuilding Together) was founded in 2020 by individuals impacted by the Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting in Las Vegas and the Vegas Strong Resiliency Center (now known as the Resiliency & Justice Center). These dedicated volunteers are trained in evidence-based best practices and are guided by trauma-informed providers and clinicians to support those impacted by mass violence worldwide.

This integrative service through the Resiliency & Justice Center is intended for those impacted by mass violence, violent crime, and trauma, as well as emergency responders and victim service providers.
