Free Your Mind and the Rest Will Follow

Do you ever wish your mind would stop judging, complaining, comparing, or self-sabotaging? Do you have a voice inside your head that is incessant and never stops? If yes to any of these inquiries, join Catherine and Elizabeth Scherwenka for this one-hour mindfulness session. If you want to free the mind, you have to change the brain. If you want to change the brain, you have to do something different. As the genius Einstein once said, “You can’t solve a problem from the same place that created it.”

Elizabeth and Catherine were both part of the Wellness Recovery for Clark County after 1 October. They have studied and trained for over 20 years at an academy in India and have dedicated their lives to helping humanity shift from stressful, anxious, lonely states to more connected, peaceful, joyful states.
