How to Feel Flow, Ease & Emotional Freedom

In this session, we’ll explore the energy center connected to emotion, creativity, and healthy connection—the second chakra, known as “Svadhisthana.” You’ll learn gentle practices and meditations to help emotions move freely, restore ease in the body, and support feeling more connected and expressive in daily life.

Join Catherine Scherwenka and Elizabeth Flochinni, trained meditation specialists who will guide you through this activating class that can help you to feel more balanced, present, and alive.

Elizabeth and Catherine were both part of the Wellness Recovery for Clark County after 1 October. They have studied and trained for over 20 years at an academy in India and have dedicated their lives to helping humanity shift from stressful, anxious, lonely states to more connected, peaceful, joyful states.

In addition to this event, Catherine and Elizabeth also offer no-cost meditation/mindfulness sessions to crime survivors, emergency responders, and those impacted by mass violence incidents. Click here to learn more.
