What Are Chakras?

The chakra system offers a simple, embodied map for understanding how our physical, emotional, and energetic experiences are connected. Each chakra represents a different aspect of being human, allowing us to feeling safe in our bodies, express our truth, and rest in presence. Through gentle practices and awareness, we can restore balance, clarity, and coherence across these centers, supporting greater ease and wholeness in daily life. Elizabeth and Catherine were both part of the Wellness Recovery for Clark County after 1 October. They have studied and trained for over 20 years at an academy in India and have dedicated their lives to helping humanity shift from stressful, anxious, lonely states to more connected, peaceful, joyful states.
